Data deletion

You can ask us at any time to delete the data we hold about you. This page explains how.

How to request it

Email info@wittywolf.pt with the subject “Delete my data”.

Tell us how you contacted us — email, Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp — and under what name or number. We need that to find what is yours and not delete data belonging to someone else.

You do not need to give a reason.

What we delete

Everything we hold about you:

• The content of the messages you exchanged with us
• Your name, username, email and phone number
• The draft replies our system prepared from your messages

What we are required to keep

If we issued you an invoice, Portuguese tax law requires us to keep the billing data — name, address and tax number (NIF) — for 10 years. We cannot delete that, even at your request. It is archived for accounting purposes and is not used for anything else.

Everything else is deleted.

Timeframe

We confirm receipt of the request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within a maximum of 30 days, letting you know when it is done.

If you prefer to remove access yourself

You can also revoke access directly on the platforms:

• Facebook and Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove WITTY WOLF
• Conversations: deleting the conversation in the app removes it on your side, but not on ours — for that, write to us
