Privacy Policy

Witty Wolf Performance Division respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Who is responsible

The controller of your data is Witty Wolf, Unipessoal, Lda., company number (NIPC) 518751040, Portugal. For any question about your data, write to info@wittywolf.pt.

Data we collect

We collect only what you send us when you contact us:

• The content of your message — by email, Messenger, direct message or comment on Instagram, comment on Facebook, WhatsApp or through the site form.
• Your name or username, as it appears on the platform you wrote to us from.
• Your email or phone number, if you give them to us.
• Billing data — name, address and tax number (NIF) — only if you go ahead with an order.

We do not collect browsing data for advertising and we do not buy contact lists.

How we use the data

We use your data exclusively to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to process the order and issue the invoice.

We have an internal tool that reads incoming messages and prepares a suggested reply. That suggestion is always read and approved by a person before it is sent to you — no reply reaches you automatically.

The model that writes that suggestion runs on a computer at our premises. The content of your messages is not sent to third-party artificial intelligence services.

We do not sell, rent or pass on your data to third parties for advertising.

Cookies

We use only analytics cookies, via Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used and improve it. These cookies are only activated after you accept in the cookie banner — if you decline, they are not used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the site footer.

Services that process data

For us to operate, your data passes through a few services. Only these, and only what is indispensable:

• Telegram — your message and the suggested reply are forwarded to the owner's phone, via Telegram, so that he can read and approve them. That is how a person sees what you wrote.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) and Zoho (email) — the platforms you contacted us on, which already hold your message because they are the channel you used.
• Web3Forms — processes and delivers the site form messages to us.
• Google Analytics (Google) — anonymous browsing statistics, and only if you accept cookies.

If you go ahead with an order, the necessary data also goes to the carrier (name, address and phone, for delivery) and to accounting (billing data, as a legal obligation).

Retention

• Messages from people who did not go ahead with an order: up to 12 months.
• Billing data: 10 years, as required by Portuguese tax law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. For any request, write to info@wittywolf.pt.

Under the GDPR you also have the right to object to processing and to ask us to hand over your data in a portable format. We respond to any request within 30 days.

If you consider that we have not handled the matter as we should, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (www.cnpd.pt).
